RTNA offers different categories of membership depending upon your professional status:

ACTIVE MEMBER: $40 annual dues. For working broadcast journalists.
 

PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATE: $60 annual dues. Those engaged in providing a service to broadcast news.
 

EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATE: $40 annual dues. Faculty.

​

INACTIVE ASSOCIATE: $60 annual dues. Broadcast Journalist with at least one year’s experience, not eligible for above categories.
 

STUDENT: $15 annual dues.

 

With members in news departments at most radio and television stations in the area, the RTNA is one of the most influential
professional organizations in Southern California.
